Calderdale M.B.C – Zone Fitness Stations

Residents in Elland and Todmorden will be fitter and healthier this year thanks to Calderdale Council and Play and Leisure. Two new Zone Fitness Stations have been installed at the recreation ground off Boxhall Road, Elland and Centre Vale Park, Todmorden much to the delight of the local communities.

The Zone Fitness Station is an outdoor exercise area combining nine different activities to improve muscle tone, balance, stamina, coordination and flexibility offering a full body workout for the use in one place..
